He launched a successful vending machine program for healthy reimbursable meals and a breakfast program that now serves 21,760 meals each month. He has also revamped the warehouse operations to increase capacity and job safety but reduce inventory management time. Craig has an indomitable spirit and drive to serve and teach. Over the years, he has served as the Arizona SNA Treasurer and President and the national SNA Western Region Director and Public Policy & Legislative Chair. He has devoted more than 1,200 hours to educating and energizing western districts and organizations with classes titled "The Top I0 Signs of Child Nutrition Burnout," and "How to Say What You Mean Without Passing Out." Currently, Craig is writing a book called "My Heroes Have Always Worn Hair Nets" to celebrate his own child nutrition heroes.
