Lori identified great opportunities to grow the school lunch program by providing lunches to a local parochial school adjacent to her district, creating a specialty lunch menu aimed at teachers and staff throughout the district, and developed a Breakfast in a Bag program that increased breakfast participation by more than 50% in just one year.
